MEMORANDUM OF GROUND LEASE. The parties shall execute and acknowledge, in a manner suitable for recording, a Memorandum of Ground Lease in the form attached hereto as Exhibit D, which Memorandum of Ground Lease may be recorded by either of the parties.
MEMORANDUM OF GROUND LEASE. This Memorandum of Ground Lease (this “Memorandum”) is dated as of the 13th day of July, 2018, by and among Sands Arena Landlord LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (“Lessor”), and MSG Las Vegas, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Lessee”), with reference to the following facts: Lessor and Lessee have entered into that certain Ground Lease dated July 16, 2018 (the “Lease”), for those certain premises (the “Premises”) located in the County of Xxxxx, State of Nevada, and more particularly described on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, together with all rights and privileges appurtenant thereto.
MEMORANDUM OF GROUND LEASE. Attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein in Exhibit D: Memorandum of Ground Lease. Concurrently with the execution of this Lease, and pursuant to applicable law, the parties shall execute and then record with the Teton County, Wyoming, Clerk’s Office, the Memorandum of Lease.
MEMORANDUM OF GROUND LEASE. Landlord and Tenant shall execute a Memorandum of Lease in the form attached hereto as Exhibit “B” (“Memorandum”) which will be filed of record in the Real Property Records of the county or counties in which the Leased Premises are situated.
MEMORANDUM OF GROUND LEASE. The parties agree upon signing of this Ground Lease to execute and record the Memorandum of Ground Lease in the form attached hereto as Exhibit E.
MEMORANDUM OF GROUND LEASE. Xxxxx Partners, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, whose address is , Xxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx 00000 ("Tenant") and City of North Miami, a Florida municipal corporation, whose address is , North Miami, Florida 331 ("Landlord") have entered into a Ground Lease dated , 2012 (the "Lease") with respect to the vacant and unimproved real property legally described on Exhibit A annexed hereto (the "Leased Premises"), which is part of Biscayne Landing. The term of the Lease commences on the date hereof and ends on , 2111. Tenant has one renewal option of 99 years. Rent and other charges payable during the Lease term are as set forth in the Lease. All persons to whom these presents come or who should be on notice hereof are put on notice of the existence of the Lease and of all its terms and provisions. This Memorandum of Ground Lease is summary in nature and to the extent of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions hereof and those contained in the Lease, the provisions of the Lease shall prevail. The Lease contains, among other provisions, provisions relating to the following:
MEMORANDUM OF GROUND LEASE. A short form Memorandum of Ground Lease– Phase A referring to this Ground Lease, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit ―D‖ and incorporated herein, shall be executed by Landlord and Tenant concurrently herewith, and recorded in the Official Records.
