Memorandum of Understanding Distribution. The District will distribute to all Unit members a copy of the signed Memorandum of Understanding. When a person is hired in any classification covered by this Memorandum of Understanding, the District shall notify the person that the Union is the recognized employee organization. The District will provide that person with a copy of the current MOU.
