MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING TO EACH EMPLOYEE. Employees shall be provided a copy of the approved Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) by the Human Resources Department upon their request. New employees shall be provided a copy of the MOU upon commencement of employment. Each affected employee shall be held accountable for compliance with the contents of the Memorandum of Understanding.
