Mentor Stipend. The Employer will pay a total of six hundred ($600) dollars as a stipend to mentor a teacher new to the district. The stipend may be divided among a maximum of four (4) mentor teachers. This stipend is not included in the compensation plan and as such is not subject to the provisions of Indiana Code 20-28-9-1.5.
