MERGER AND AMALGAMATION. The University is unaware of any intent to merge or amalgamate with any other body. However, in the event the University is made aware in advance of any proposed merger/amalgamation, and is given an opportunity to offer commentary on such a merger or amalgamation, the University will undertake to discuss with the Union in advance of and during such merger/amalgamation.
