Message Types. The message types and versions to be supported are based on the following Origo standards:  Contract Enquiry Pensions-Single Contract - Contract References v2.0.  Contract Enquiry Bonds-Single Contract-Contract Reference v2.0. The scope of the valuations supported is described below:  Current valuations only (no transfer or projection valuations).  No PR/non-PR split (other than where available without data manipulation).  No Pre/post 97 split. The Intermediary must ensure that (a) all Messages conform to all the above Origo standards and (b) risk warning notes as required by the FSA are included on valuations.

Message Types. Link 16 data is transmitted using either 258 or 444 pulses in a time slot. Both 258 and 444 pulse time slots are allowed on the condition the maximum pulse count limit (expressed as a Geographical Area TSDF) is maintained. The permitted message types are standard (258 pulses), packed 2 single pulse (258 pulses), packed 2 double pulse (444 pulses), and packed 4 (444 pulses).

Message Types. There are Verbal and Text or E-mail Messages that can be sent. Voice and Text messages can be delivered to your target audience immediately or on a scheduled basis. SMS (Simplified Message Service) messages to cell phones can be read while the person receiving a message is on another call. The bullets below illustrate the types of messages that can be created.  General messages (send the same message to many people) Example: “It is time for a Staff Meeting”  Personalized messages (send a specific recording to one person) Example: “This is ABC clinic. You have an appointment this coming Tuesday at 10:00 in the morning with Xx. Xxxxx…”  Scheduled messages (send a general or personal message at a specific date and time) Send messages, like the ones above, every Thursday night if you’d like.  Concatenate (Xxxxxxx defines this as an adjective or verb meaning to link together). Your use of the internet is at your sole risk and we are not responsible for your equipment, programs or software. Although we strive to provide superior internet service and sufficient bandwidth to our residents, we are not responsible for slow internet or other residents taking up significant bandwidth. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO INTERRUPT YOUR INTERNET SERVICE IN RESPONSE TO A BREACH OF THIS LEASE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO A FAILURE TO PAY RENT OR A VIOLATION OF THIS PARAGRAPH 6.

  • End Users Customer will control access to and use of the Products by End Users and is responsible for any use of the Products that does not comply with this Agreement.

  • Customer Remittances Obligors of the Receivables will be directed by AmeriCredit to forward their remittances to Processor at a post office address (the “Lockbox”) assigned by Processor. Processor, acting for the exclusive benefit of the Trustee, shall have unrestricted and exclusive access to the mail directed to this address. AmeriCredit agrees to notify Processor thirty (30) days in advance of any change in Obligor remittance statements and/or mailing schedule.

  • Websites Distributor shall utilize the Company's proprietary Internet site, and may link to "TXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.XXX" as a source for new customers and related matters.

  • Protocol No action to coerce or censor or penalize any negotiation participant shall be made or implied by any other member as a result of participation in the negotiation process.

  • Encryption The Fund acknowledges and agrees that encryption may not be available for every communication through the System, or for all data. The Fund agrees that Custodian may deactivate any encryption features at any time, without notice or liability to the Fund, for the purpose of maintaining, repairing or troubleshooting the System or the Software.

  • Viruses The Fund agrees to use reasonable efforts to prevent the transmission through the Electronic Services of any software or file which contains any viruses, worms, harmful component or corrupted data and agrees not to use any device, software, or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Electronic Services.

  • Marking Shipments, shipping containers and palletized unit loads shall be marked in accordance with MIL- STD-129R with Change 1 dated 24 May 2018.

  • Monthly Data Download Not later than fifteen (15) days after the end of each month, beginning with the month in which the Commencement Date occurs and ending with the Final Shared-Loss Month, Assuming Institution shall provide Receiver:

  • Print Mail The Fund hereby engages BNYM as its exclusive print/mail service provider with respect to those items and for such fees as may be agreed to from time to time in writing by the Fund and BNYM.
