Messagerie QNB. La messagerie QNB (la “Messagerie QNB”) est destinée aux échanges d’informations entre le Client et QNB. Le Client pourra également demander le traitement d’une opération et/ou xxxxxx instruction à QNB. Dans ce cas, il est rappelé que QNB ne pourra en prendre connaissance qu’un Jour Ouvrable et aux heures d’ouverture de la Banque. QNB tiendra informé le Client, le cas échéant, de la prise en compte de sa demande, du besoin de complément, de son exécution ou de son refus/impossibilité d’exécution. QNB se réserve à tout moment le droit de demander confirmation écrite, sur support papier, ou orale, de toute instruction donnée à distance. Les échanges d’informations susmentionnés ne pourront xxxxxx que sur des questions liées: – à la gestion des comptes dont le Client est titulaire chez QNB ainsi qu’aux comptes de tiers sur lesquels il a une procuration ou un pouvoir de représentation adéquat, dès lors que ces comptes auront été inclus dans les Services Digitalisés; – aux produits et services proposés par QNB.
