Metalled Road. 2.4.3.1 A metalled road can be a tarmac, concrete or compacted stone road. 2.4.3.2 If the primary purpose of the metalled road is for non agricultural use such as access to e.g. dwelling house, wind turbine etc. the field boundary is aligned to the edge of the road where there is no visible RWF on ortho (see figure 3) 2.4.3.3 If the primary purpose of the metalled road is for agricultural use such as access to another field, assess if there is a RWF separating the lane from the field (see figure 3).  Where a RWF exists on both sides, align the field boundary to these to exclude the road.  Where a RWF exist only on one side, align the field boundary to the RWF and capture the road as an ineligible feature (par 3.7)  Some metalled roads may not be shown on LPS Large-scale and it would be difficult to identify them from the ortho as they are grassed over. If the DARD field boundary had removed these, the field boundary should have been amended and the road was 7 Concrete or wooden posts with strained high tensile wire captured as an ineligible feature (par 3.1.8 and 3.7), The field boundaries (and the ineligible feature) should be retained. 2.4.3.4 DARD field boundaries should not be aligned to centre lines of roads.

  • Advertisement on Project Highway The Project Highway or any part thereof shall not be used in any manner to advertise any commercial product or services.

  • Service Area (a) SORACOM shall provide the SORACOM Air Global Service within the area designated on the web site of SORACOM (the “Service Area”), provided, that, the Service Area may be different if stated otherwise as specified by SORACOM separately. However, within the Service Area, you may not use the SORACOM Air Global Service in places where transmissions are difficult to send or receive. (b) The parties of this Agreement acknowledge that there may be countries or locations within which SORACOM may be restricted from providing the SORACOM Air Global Service due to applicable laws, regulations, decisions, rules or orders (“Restrictions”). During the Term, SORACOM will use reasonable efforts to monitor whether there are any such Restrictions. SORACOM may in its sole discretion and at any time, suspend, discontinue, limit, or modify the SORACOM Air Global Service or impose additional requirements on the provision of the SORACOM Air Global Service, as may be reasonably required to comply with any such Restrictions. (c) In no event will SORACOM be required to provide the SORACOM Air Global Service in countries or locations, or in a manner that would be in violation of the Restrictions and its failure to provide the SORACOM Air Global Service due to the Restrictions will not be deemed to be a breach of its obligations under this Agreement. (d) In the event that any Restriction, or any change in applicable law, regulation, decision, rule or order materially or adversely affects the delivery of the SORACOM Air Global Service (including the economic viability thereof), SORACOM will notify Subscribers in writing and the parties will negotiate in good faith regarding changes to this Agreement. If the parties cannot reach agreement within 30 days after notification from SORACOM requesting renegotiation, SORACOM may terminate the Agreement upon 30 days’ written notice to the Subscriber.

  • Buildings The Employer will provide and maintain all state-owned buildings, facilities, and equipment in accordance with the specific written order(s) of the Michigan (MIOSHA) Departments of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs and/or Health and Human Services. Where facilities are leased by the Employer, the Employer shall make a reasonable attempt to assure that such facilities comply with the order(s) of the Michigan Departments of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs and/or Health and Human Services.

  • Engine A. Any internal repairs or replacement of internal components, or replacement of engine assembly.
