Alignment Rules. 2.3.1 Where the position of DARD field boundaries are to be changed the information used to determine the position of the new field boundary in order of importance are;  LPS Large-scale mapping  Current LPS ortho  Existing DARD field boundaries 2.3.2 DARD field boundaries can be aligned to two different types of feature as shown on the LPS large-scale or that visible on the ortho;  Continuous2 features that exist on the ground and have a physical height greater than 30cm, and;  Features such as Water features (the edge of a river, stream, drain (sheugh))3, road or hard standing4, or that have no physical presence such as the International Boundary or edge of high water. 2.3.3 Features that exist on the ground are known as real world features (RWF). Real world features that can form the boundary of a DARD field are;  Permanent Fence (post & wire fence, permanent electric fence)  Wall  Hedge  Bank  Metalled Road  Edge of body of fresh water3,5  Edge of river or stream where the body of water is greater than 2m wide6  Drain (Sheughs) where a DARD field boundary currently exists on or nearby 2.3.4 Other boundary features that can form the boundary of a DARD field, in the absence of a RWF, are;  High Water ▇▇▇▇ Mean Tide (HWMMT)  International Boundary as shown on LPS large-scale  Top of cliff or rock face6  Townland or equivalent LPS Largescale boundary6 2.3.5 Where the LPS large-scale line represents a RWF the current DARD field boundary will be snapped to the LPS large-scale. 2.3.6 Where the current DARD field boundary is at or near a RWF that does not have a LPS large-scale line, the DARD field boundary is aligned to the RWF on the ortho. 2 Including gates up to 10m 3 With the exception of Commons/Upland areas, unless a current boundary exists 4 At the edge of farmyard.

  • DISCIPLINE PROCEDURES The Employer agrees to provide the employee with written notification of a disciplinary document that is to be made a part of the employee’s personnel file. In instances where the Employer desires to conduct an investigatory interview with an employee, the employee shall be entitled upon request to have an Association representative present at the interview. A copy of all disciplinary actions involving suspension or discharge will also be provided to the Association, unless the employee requests that the matter be kept confidential.
