Common use of Meter and Cabling Clause in Contracts

Meter and Cabling. Be liable to draw the elctric lines/wires from the meter installation area to the Said Flat only through the duct and pipes provided therefor, ensuring that no invonvenience is caused to the Developer or to the other Purchasers. The main electric meter shall be installed only at the common meter space in the Said building complex. The Purchasers shall, similarly, use the ducts and pipes provided for TV, broadband, data cables and telephone cables and shall under no circumstances be entitled to string wires and cables through any other part or portion of the Said building complex and/or the Said Property.
