Meter Reading. Seller shall read the Meter at the end of each Billing Month and shall record the Output delivered to Purchaser. The Meter shall be used as the basis for calculating the amounts to be invoiced pursuant to Section 10. Purchaser shall have access to the metered energy output data via the online monitoring system installed and maintained by Seller as part of the System. In addition, upon request, Seller shall provide to Purchaser hardcopy records from the Meter.
