Method of handling. a The Disputes Committee handles the appeal in writing on the basis of the underlying documentation. b If, on the basis of the underlying documentation, the Disputes Committee fails to reach a decision for the time being, whether on account of a lack of sufficiently relevant information or because the committee deems further investigation by an expert necessary, the committee will notify the parties thereof.
