Common use of Method of Performing Services Clause in Contracts

Method of Performing Services. Consultant shall have the right to determine the method, details, and means of performing the work to be performed for Client. Client shall, however, be entitled to exercise general power of supervision and control over the results of work performed by Consultant to assure satisfactory performance, including the right to inspect, the right to make suggestions or recommendations as to the details of the work, and the right to propose modifications to the work.
