Microsoft Customer Agreement. Microsoft Customer Agreement This Microsoft Customer Agreement (the “Agreement”) is between Customer and Microsoft and consists of these General Terms, the applicable Use Rights and SLAs, and any additional terms Microsoft presents when an order is placed. This Agreement takes effect when the Customer accepts these General Terms. The individual who accepts these General Terms represents that he or she is authorized to enter into this Agreement on behalf of the Customer. General Terms These General Terms apply to all of Customer’s orders under this Agreement. Capitalized terms have the meanings given under “Definitions.”
Microsoft Customer Agreement. (a) PowerRoster is hosted by Microsoft. and the Customer must acquire applicable Microsoft software licenses and services (including paying any applicable Microsoft fees and charges) to operate PowerRoster.
(b) The Customer agrees to add Velrada’s partner ID via the Partner Admin Link in the Customer’s Azure tenant for the duration of the Term, and provide its Microsoft tenant and subscription IDs for relevant Microsoft licensing products to Velrada.
(c) By entering into this agreement the Customer also accepts the Microsoft software and online services terms of use contained in the relevant Microsoft Customer Agreement between the Customer and Microsoft, which governs the Customer’s use of Microsoft software.
(d) The Customer is responsible for complying with any applicable Microsoft terms and conditions and policies.
Microsoft Customer Agreement. 2.1 By placing an order for Products with bluesource, the Customer represents and warrants that the Customer accepts the Microsoft Cloud Agreement terms.
2.2 The Customer understands that Microsoft may accept or reject any customer as a customer of Microsoft or may refuse to supply Product to any customer at Microsoft’s absolute discretion. If, after the Agreement has come into existence, Microsoft rejects Customer as a customer of Microsoft, or refuses to supply Product to Customer, either party may terminate the Agreement immediately without liability to the other by giving written notice to the other party. Microsoft Customer Agreement a. The Microsoft Customer Agreement is applicable to your use of this service and you acknowledge that you have read and understood the agreement and accept the terms of use.

(b) By entering into this agreement the Customer also accepts the Microsoft software and online services terms of use contained in the relevant Microsoft Customer Agreement between the Customer and Microsoft, which governs the Customer’s use of Microsoft software.
(c) The Customer is responsible for complying with any applicable Microsoft terms and conditions and policies.
Microsoft Customer Agreement. 1.1 Where Customer’s Cloud Accounts are SoftwareOne CSP Cloud Accounts, Customer’s access and use of Microsoft’s software and/or services and SoftwareOne’s Services related thereto is subject to Customer’s acceptance of the Microsoft Customer Agreement (a direct agreement between Customer and Microsoft), as may be amended by Microsoft from time to time which can be found at the following link: Licensing Documents (xxxxxxxxx.xxx). Customer shall accept the Microsoft Customer Agreement (or shall authorize SoftwareOne to accept it on its behalf during the onboarding process) prior to accessing and using any of SoftwareOne’s Services or Microsoft’s software and/or services. By accessing and using the Microsoft software and/or services, Customer: (i) acknowledges that it has read and understood the content of the Microsoft Customer Agreement; (ii) where SoftwareOne is accepting the Microsoft Customer Agreement on Customer’s behalf during the onboarding process, confirms that it has authorized SoftwareOne to accept it on its behalf; and (iii) agrees to be bound by and comply with its terms.
1.2 Where Customer’s Cloud Accounts are Non-SoftwareOne CSP Cloud Accounts, Customer confirms that it has and shall maintain all the necessary licenses and agreements in place, including for the Cloud Accounts and Cloud Services and for SoftwareOne’s access and use thereof for the performance of the SoftwareOne Services.
Microsoft Customer Agreement. 6.1 The Customer agrees and accepts it is a condition of the Contract that the Customer agrees and accepts the Microsoft Customer Agreement.
6.2 The Customer shall ensure that all Users comply with the Microsoft Customer Agreement.
6.3 The Customer shall immediately notify Onecom if it becomes aware of, or reasonably suspects that, a User has breached the Microsoft Customer Agreement.
Microsoft Customer Agreement. 7.1 You warrant and undertake that You and Your Users will at all times comply with the terms of the Microsoft Customer Agreement found at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/licensing/docs/customeragre ement (as may be amended from time to time).
7.2 This Microsoft Customer Agreement forms part of this Contract between Us and You but in the event of any conflict between these terms and conditions and the Microsoft Customer Agreement, the Microsoft Customer Agreement shall prevail.
7.3 You agree to notify Us immediately upon becoming aware of any breaches or suspected breaches of the Microsoft Customer Agreement by You or Your Users.
Microsoft Customer Agreement. By accepting these Microsoft 365 Terms and Conditions and using the Microsoft Products, Customer accepts the most current terms of the Microsoft Customer Agreement (as they may be updated from time to time) and presently located here: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/licensing/docs/customeragreement Customer may not use the Microsoft Products if Customer does not accept the terms of the Microsoft Customer Agreement and these Microsoft 365 Terms of Service.
Microsoft Customer Agreement. Each Party sha l be responsible for maintaining and providing the other Party with appropriate access to audit its policies, procedures and technology for safeguarding customer information. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Addendumand any other applicable agreement s , each Party hereby grants the other Party a restricted, non-exclusive, personal, nontransferable, revocable license and right, during the Term, to access, view and use certain of the granting Partys data, including Personal Information, to the extent consistent with applicable Law for the purpose of Fraud Prevention.
