Microsoft Internet Explorer Sample Clauses

The "Microsoft Internet Explorer" clause restricts or governs the use of Microsoft's Internet Explorer browser in relation to the agreement or software covered by the contract. Typically, this clause may specify compatibility requirements, limitations, or disclaimers regarding the performance or support of Internet Explorer when accessing certain services or software. For example, it might state that the software is not guaranteed to function properly on Internet Explorer or that support is only provided for more modern browsers. The core function of this clause is to set clear expectations about browser compatibility, thereby reducing potential disputes or support issues related to the use of Internet Explorer.
