Support Services HP’s support services will be described in the applicable Supporting Material, which will cover the description of HP’s offering, eligibility requirements, service limitations and Customer responsibilities, as well as the Customer systems supported.
Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-81-1. Clinically appropriate telemedicine services may be obtained from a network provider, and from our designated telemedicine service provider. When you seek telemedicine services from our designated telemedicine service provider, the amount you pay is listed in the Summary of Medical Benefits. When you receive a covered healthcare service from a network provider via remote access, the amount you pay depends on the covered healthcare service you receive, as indicated in the Summary of Medical Benefits. Information Services Traffic 5.1 For purposes of this Section 5, Voice Information Services and Voice Information Services Traffic refer to switched voice traffic, delivered to information service providers who offer recorded voice announcement information or open vocal discussion programs to the general public. Voice Information Services Traffic does not include any form of Internet Traffic. Voice Information Services Traffic also does not include 555 traffic or similar traffic with AIN service interfaces, which traffic shall be subject to separate arrangements between the Parties. Voice Information services Traffic is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation as Local Traffic under the Interconnection Attachment.
The Web Services E-Verify Employer Agent agrees to, consistent with applicable laws, regulations, and policies, commit sufficient personnel and resources to meet the requirements of this MOU.
THIRD-PARTY CONTENT, SERVICES AND WEBSITES 10.1 The Services may enable You to link to, transfer Your Content or Third Party Content to, or otherwise access, third parties’ websites, platforms, content, products, services, and information (“Third Party Services”). Oracle does not control and is not responsible for Third Party Services. You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of access and use of Third Party Services, and if Oracle accesses or uses any Third Party Services on Your behalf to facilitate performance of the Services, You are solely responsible for ensuring that such access and use, including through passwords, credentials or tokens issued or otherwise made available to You, is authorized by the terms of access and use for such services. If You transfer or cause the transfer of Your Content or Third Party Content from the Services to a Third Party Service or other location, that transfer constitutes a distribution by You and not by Oracle.
Web Services Our Web Services are designed to enable you to easily establish a presence on the Internet. Our Web Hosting and Design is composed of our Web Hosting and Design Publishing Component and other miscellaneous components. These components may be used independently or in conjunction with each other.
EFT SERVICES If approved, you may conduct any one (1) or more of the EFT services offered by the Credit Union.

The tvOS Software may enable access to Apple’s iTunes Store, App Store, Game Center, iCloud and other Apple and third party services, and web sites (collectively and individually, “Services”). Hosting Services 13.1 If Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract Hosts Customer Data in connection with an Acquisition, the provisions of Appendix 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, apply to such Acquisition.
Development Services During the term of this Agreement, the Provider agrees to provide to or on behalf of the Port the professional services and related items described in Exhibit A (collectively, the “Development Services”) in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Provider specifically agrees to include at least one Port representative in any economic development negotiations or discussions in which the Provider is involved concerning (i) a port-related business prospect or (ii) a business transaction which will ultimately require Port involvement, financial or otherwise.
