Mileage Reimbursement Policy. Mileage from an employee's home to the normal work location is not reimbursable. The normal work location is the location to which an employee is regularly assigned. An employee with more than one (1) normal work location shall be reimbursed for the mileage traveled in the same work day between those work locations. When an employee is temporarily reassigned to a different work location, mileage will be reimbursed in excess of the normal mileage between the employee's home and the regular work location.
