Milestone Recognition. A. Effective July 1, 2016, employees who have been in the employ of the College for: 1. five (5) continuous years of full‐time service as of June 30 will be paid a one thousand dollar ($1,000) service recognition bonus. 2. ten (10) continuous years of full‐time service as of June 30 will be paid a fifteen hundred dollar ($1,500) service recognition bonus. 3. fifteen (15) continuous years of full‐time service as of June 30 will be paid a two thousand dollar ($2,000) service recognition bonus. 4. twenty (20) continuous years of full‐time service as of June 30 will be paid a two thousand dollar ($2,000) service recognition bonus. 5. twenty‐five (25) continuous years of full‐time service as of June 30 will be paid a two thousand dollar ($2,000) service recognition bonus. 6. thirty (30) continuous years of full‐time service as of June 30 will be paid a two thousand dollar ($2,000) service recognition bonus. 7. thirty‐five (35) continuous years of full‐time service as of June 30 will be paid a two thousand dollars ($2,000) service recognition bonus. 8. forty (40) continuous years of full‐time service as of June 30 will be paid a two thousand dollars ($2,000) service recognition bonus. 9. forty‐five (45) continuous years of full‐time service as of June 30 will be paid a two thousand dollars ($2,000) service recognition bonus. 10. fifty (50) continuous years of full‐time service as of June 30 will be paid a two thousand dollars ($2,000) service recognition bonus.
