Military Leave Provisions. 1. The re-employment rights of employees will be in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. 2. Employees who are reinstated in accordance with the Universal Military Training Act, as amended, and other applicable laws and regulations, will be granted leave of absence for a period not to exceed a period equal to their seniority in order to attend school full-time under applicable federal laws in effect on the date of this Agreement.
