Military Leave - With Seniority and No Increment. A military leave of absence shall be granted to any teacher who shall be inducted or shall enlist for military duty in any branch of the armed forces of the United State. Upon return from such leave, a teacher shall receive such benefits as are allowed under M.S.A. Section 15.2065 (1) and (2).
