Common use of Military Reserve Duty Clause in Contracts

Military Reserve Duty. An Employee may be granted time off without pay to discharge his obligation for Military Reserve duty. Such time off shall not be counted against the Employee’s vacation time unless he chooses to do so, in which event he shall receive his vacation pay for such time off in accordance with the provisions of Article 7 above.
