Common use of Military Reserve Duty Clause in Contracts

Military Reserve Duty. If a teacher is required to fulfill duties to the Armed Forces by attending a reserve camp, up to fifteen (15) school days shall be allowed for this, without loss of pay. If at all possible, teachers shall first attempt to schedule such reserve camp time other than during the school year.
