Milk Temperature Monitoring. Vat temperatures should be monitored during milking, at the completion of milking and at any stage during the day when the Supplier is in the vicinity of the milk vat. If at any point the milk is not cooling within specification, or cooling slower than usual, immediately contact a qualified technician to assess and if necessary repair / replace the cooling system.
