Common use of Minimum Coverage Requirements Clause in Contracts

Minimum Coverage Requirements. The following insurance policies and limits are required for this Agreement. District, reserves the right to require additional insurance based on the work or service being performed: (a) Commercial General Liability Insurance (“CGL”). CGL insurance issued on an occurrence basis, including coverage of liability arising from Supplier’s acts or omissions in the performance of Services under this Agreement, with limits of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence, and $2,000,000 aggregate.
