Minimum Data to be Maintained. Contractor shall maintain, at a minimum, the following Data: A log and a file of time sheets for all authorized hours actually worked by Contractor’s employees and its Subcontractor’s employees under this Agreement. The log must include, but shall not be limited to, the following information: (1) name and title of the employee; (2) Subcontractor providing the employee, if applicable; (3) the dates and hours worked; (4) description of the Work performed; and (5) number of the TOs under which the Work was performed. A travel log and a file of original invoices for all authorized Travel Expenses incurred by Contractor’s employees and its Subcontractor’s employees in performing the Work of this Agreement. The travel log must include, but shall be not limited to, the following information: (1) the beginning and ending dates of the trip; (2) Subcontractor providing the employee, if applicable; (3) the name and title of the personnel making the trip; (4) the beginning location of the trip and the destination; (5) the purpose of the trip; and (6) number of the TO under which the Expenses were incurred. A log and a file of original invoices for all Expenses incurred by Contractor and its Subcontractors in performing Work. The log must include, but shall not be limited to, the following information: (1) the party making the expenditure (Contractor or name of Subcontractor); (2) date of the expenditure; (3) the purpose of the expenditure; (4) description of the goods or services purchased; (5) the amount of the expenditure; and (6) number of the TO under which the Expenses were incurred.

  • Records to be Maintained SUBRECIPIENT shall maintain all records required by the Federal regulations specified in 24 CFR 570.506, that are pertinent to the activities to be funded under this Agreement. Such records shall include but not be limited to: a) Records providing a full description of each activity undertaken; b) Records demonstrating that each activity undertaken meets one of the National Objectives of the CDBG Program; c) Records required to determine the eligibility of activities; d) Records required to document the acquisition, improvement, use or disposition of real property acquired or improved with CDBG assistance; e) Records documenting compliance with the fair housing and equal opportunity components of the CDBG Program; f) Financial records as required by 24 CFR 570.502, and 24 CFR 84.21−28; and g) Other records necessary to document compliance with Subpart K of 24 CFR Part 570.

  • Obligation to Provide State Access to Grant Records The Grantee must make all grant records of expenditures, copies of reports, books, and related documentation available to the Division or a duly authorized representative of the State of Florida for inspection at reasonable times for the purpose of making audits, examinations, excerpts, and transcripts.

  • Covenant to Provide Financial Information and Maintain Sufficient Capital The Administrator shall obtain and maintain the necessary capital to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement and shall remain solvent. The Administrator will report to the Issuer on a semi-annual basis its current and total assets, current and total liabilities, and total equity and the Company intends to include such amounts in its SEC reports.

  • Obligation to Provide Public Access to Grant Records The Division reserves the right to unilaterally cancel this Agreement in the event that the Grantee refuses public access to all documents or other materials made or received by the Grantee that are subject to the provisions of Chapter 119, Florida Statutes, known as the Florida Public Records Act. The Grantee must immediately contact the Division's Contract Manager for assistance if it receives a public records request related to this Agreement.

  • ACCESS TO SECURITY LOGS AND REPORTS Upon request, the Contractor shall provide access to security logs and reports to the State or Authorized User in a format as specified in the Authorized User Agreement.

  • Customer to Provide Certain Information to Bank Upon request, Customer shall promptly provide to Bank such information about itself and its financial status as Bank may reasonably request, including Customer's organizational documents and its current audited and unaudited financial statements.

  • Information to be Furnished If Tenant desires at any time to Sublet the Premises or any portion thereof, it shall first notify Landlord of its desire to do so and shall submit in writing to Landlord: (i) the name of the proposed Subtenant; (ii) the nature of the proposed Subtenant's business to be carried on in the Premises; (iii) the terms and provisions of the proposed Sublet and a copy of the proposed Sublet form containing a description of the subject premises; and (iv) such financial information, including financial statements, as Landlord may reasonably request concerning the proposed Subtenant.

  • Access to Records; Contractor Financial Records Contractor agrees that District and its authorized representatives are entitled to review all Contractor books, documents, papers, plans, and records, electronic or otherwise (“Records”), directly pertinent to this Contract for the purpose of making audit, examination, excerpts, and transcripts.

  • Performance of Services in Accordance with Regulatory Requirements; Furnishing of Books and Records In performing the services set forth in this Agreement, the Manager: A. shall conform with the 1940 Act and all rules and regulations thereunder, with all other applicable federal, state and foreign laws and regulations, with any applicable procedures adopted by the Trust’s Board of Trustees, and with the provisions of the Trust’s Registration Statement filed on Form N-1A as supplemented or amended from time to time; B. will make available to the Trust, promptly upon request, any of the Fund’s books and records as are maintained under this Agreement, and will furnish to regulatory authorities having the requisite authority any such books and records and any information or reports in connection with the Manager’s services under this Agreement that may be requested in order to ascertain whether the operations of the Trust are being conducted in a manner consistent with applicable laws and regulations.

  • Additional Information to be Furnished The Master Servicer shall furnish to the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee from time to time such additional information regarding the Mortgage Loans and the Bonds as the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee shall reasonably request.
