Common use of Minimum Enrolment Goal Clause in Contracts

Minimum Enrolment Goal. Investigator acknowledges that Investigator’s minimum enrollment goal is and that Site will use best efforts to reach the enrollment goal within a reasonable time after commencement of the Study at Site. If Site fails to adhere to this principle Sponsor and/or Quintiles may reconsider Site’s suitability to continue participation in the Study.
