Minimum Grade Point Average. Incoming 7th and 9th graders are automatically eligible to participate in interscholastic activities until their first report card. All other students must have achieved a minimum 2.00 GPA in the previous grading period. Those students who fail to meet this standard will be allowed to participate on a probationary status only if they attend a supervised study table that will be held each day. Students must attend and participate in a full session at least three days each week and make satisfactory academic progress. At the end of the grading period if the student has achieved the minimum 2.00 GPA they will no longer be on probation. Students who fail to meet the minimum 2.00 GPA will be kept on study table for the remainder of the season and must attain the minimum 2.00 GPA before participating in any interscholastic activities. WIAA rules state that students must also pass 4 of 6 subjects at the high school or 5 of 7 subjects at the junior high school. Any student who is failing a non-elective class will attend study table and be expected to make satisfactory academic progress.

Within 30 days after the end of each six-month period, Owner shall provide CAISO and the Responsible Utility with its determination of Field Capacity, including all information necessary to validate that determination. • A is the amount of Energy that cannot be produced (as defined below) due to the curtailment of a Unit during a test of the Facility, a Unit or the steam field agreed to by CAISO and Owner. • B is the amount of Energy that cannot be produced (as defined below) due to the retirement of a Unit or due to a Unit’s Availability remaining at zero after a period of ten Months during which the Unit’s Availability has been zero. • C is the amount of Energy that cannot be produced (as defined below) because a Force Majeure Event reduces a Unit’s Availability to zero for at least thirty (30) days or because a Force Majeure Event reduces a Unit’s Availability for at least one hundred eighty (180) days to a level below the Unit Availability Limit immediately prior to the Force Majeure Event. • The amount of Energy that cannot be produced is the sum, for each Settlement Period during which the condition applicable to A, B or C above exists, of the difference between the Unit Availability Limit immediately prior to the condition and the Unit Availability Limit during the condition.

  • Maximum Contract Amount 4.4.1. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the City’s maximum payment obligation will not exceed ($_) (the “Maximum Contract Amount”). The City is not obligated to execute an agreement or any amendments for any further services, including any services performed by the Contractor beyond that specifically described in Exhibit A.   • Under-Frequency and Over Frequency Conditions The New York State Transmission System is designed to automatically activate a load- shed program as required by the NPCC in the event of an under-frequency system disturbance. Developer shall implement under-frequency and over-frequency relay set points for the Large Generating Facility as required by the NPCC to ensure “ride through” capability of the New York State Transmission System. Large Generating Facility response to frequency deviations of predetermined magnitudes, both under-frequency and over-frequency deviations, shall be studied and coordinated with the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner in accordance with Good Utility Practice. The term “ride through” as used herein shall mean the ability of a Generating Facility to stay connected to and synchronized with the New York State Transmission System during system disturbances within a range of under-frequency and over-frequency conditions, in accordance with Good Utility Practice and with NPCC Regional Reliability Reference Directory # 12, or its successor.
