Minimum Inter-Tree Distance. Unless otherwise specified by this FSP, the Minimum Inter-Tree Distance defaults to 2.0 m for all stocking standards. The minimum inter-tree distance does not apply between Layer 1 well spaced or free growing trees in surveys of uneven aged stands. Subject to an Evaluation and as identified in a Site Plan, the MITD may be reduced to 1.5m to provide an opportunity to improve site occupancy in situations associated with the following: hygric or wetter sites, cluster planting for wildlife habitat maintenance, very rocky soils, areas with expected high cattle trampling damage to seedlings, sites with significant retained residual stems, areas with high residual regeneration density, areas with high, unavoidable slash loading, and/or very harsh sites where use of protected planting microsites is critical ( e.g. shaded microsites, microsites protected from snow creep, etc).
Minimum Inter-Tree Distance. For the duration of this Forest Stewardship Plan, the Holder will use a minimum inter-tree distance of 2.0 meters for the majority of sites. However, it may be reduced to 1.5 meters when any of the following conditions exist and are identified in a Site Plan:  hygric and subhydric sites  xeric and very xeric sites  mechanically site prepped sites  areas with evidence of heavy cattle use (i.e. tracks, sign, salt blocks, past seedling damage, heavy grazing, etc)  riparian areas with ≥20% residual component  sites where protected microsites are critical (shade, snow creep)

For the purposes of this section, the Contractor warrants and represents that it is authorized and empowered to and hereby grants the State and the third-party provider of MFMP the right and license to use, reproduce, transmit, distribute, and publicly display within the system the information outlined above. In addition, the Contractor warrants and represents that it is authorized and empowered to and hereby grants the State and the third-party provider the right and license to reproduce and display within the system the Contractor’s trademarks, system marks, logos, trade dress, or other branding designation that identifies the products made available by the Contractor under the Contract.

  • FTTP Loop A Loop consisting entirely of fiber optic cable, whether dark or lit, that extends from the main distribution frame (or its equivalent) in an end user’s serving End Office to the demarcation point at the end user’s customer premises or to a serving area interface at which the fiber optic cable connects to copper or coaxial distribution facilities that extend to the end user's customer premises demarcation point, provided that all copper or coaxial distribution facilities extending from such serving area interface are not more than 500 feet from the demarcation point at the respective end users' customer premises; provided, however, that in the case of predominantly residential multiple dwelling units (MDUs), an FTTP Loop is a Loop consisting entirely of fiber optic cable, whether dark or lit, that extends from the main distribution frame (or its equivalent) in the End Office that serves the multiunit premises: (a) to or beyond the multiunit premises’ minimum point of entry (MPOE), as defined in 47 C.F.R. § 68.105; or

  • Wire Unbundled DS1 Digital Loop This is a designed 4-wire Loop that is provisioned according to industry standards for DS1 or Primary Rate ISDN services and will come standard with a test point, OC, and a DLR. A DS1 Loop may be provisioned over a variety of loop transmission technologies including copper, HDSL-based technology or fiber optic transport systems. It will include a 4-Wire DS1 Network Interface at the End User’s location.

  • Unbundled Digital Loops 2.3.1 BellSouth will offer Unbundled Digital Loops (UDL). UDLs are service specific, will be designed, will be provisioned with test points (where appropriate), and will come standard with OC and a DLR. The various UDLs are intended to support a specific digital transmission scheme or service.

  • Minimum Customer Support Requirements for TIPS Sales Vendor shall provide timely and commercially reasonable support for TIPS Sales or as agreed to in the applicable Supplemental Agreement.

  • Conversion of Live Telephone Exchange Service to Analog 2W Loops The following coordination procedures shall apply to “live” cutovers of VERIZON Customers who are converting their Telephone Exchange Services to SPRINT Telephone Exchange Services provisioned over Analog 2W unbundled Local Loops (“Analog 2W Loops”) to be provided by VERIZON to SPRINT.
