Minimum Requirements of Quality Control. The CNA shall ensure the required services specified in this Agreement meet the quality standards outlined in the Agreement. The CNA shall implement a nationally recognized QCP, such as but not limited to ISO 9001, to align with quality control standards for similar organizations. The CNA shall provide copies of certifications and external audit reports as applicable. The CNA shall ensure delivery of the required services specified in this Agreement meet the quality standards outlined in the Agreement.
