MINIMUM SAFETY STANDARDSOWNER agrees and acknowledges that it is the OWNER’s responsibility and duty to operate OWNER’s pool within the established minimum safety standards. The National Spa and Pool Institute “Minimum Standards for Public Pools”, the National Electrical Code, and any and all local health and building codes shall be used as minimum standards for safety herein. • AQUA TECH shall verify that OWNER’s pool is in compliance with minimum standards in the following areas: a. Pool deck free of trip hazards, and equipped with all necessary depth marking. b. Safety equipment: ring buoy(s), shepherd’s hook(s), first aid kit, safety rope c. Proper signage as required by governing body. d. Compliance with all current National Electric Code (NEC) guidelines including: a. GFI circuit breakers for underwater pool lights. b. GFI circuit breakers for all pool pumps. c. Proper lighting in rooms where guests and operator will be present. d. Proper bonding of pool pumps, handrails, ladders and other equipment. e. Proper functionality of required exhaust fans or ventilation systems. f. Proper functionality of GFI receptacles inside and outside of pool house. g. Proper functionality of underwater lights and perimeter lighting. i. Only if night swimming or swimming near listed time of sunset is permitted.
MINIMUM SAFETY STANDARDSThe Company shall bring the Customer’s pool into compliance with minimum standards in the following areas: 1. A minimum of four (4) Swim at Your Own Risk signs, ensuring one sign is located on each side of fence. 2. Completed Pool Rule sign. 3. Tile depth marking at water line and on pool deck. 4. Safety equipment: ring buoy(s), rescue tube(s), shepherd hook(s), first aid kit, safety rope with buoys. 5. GFI circuit breakers for underwater pool lights. Payment for work and equipment to bring Customer’s pool within minimum standards on the above items shall be the responsibility of the Customer.

The National Spa and Pool Institute and The Association of Pool & Spa Professionals “Minimum Standards for Public Pools,” the National Electric Code, and any and all local health and building codes shall be used as minimum standards for safety herein. The NSPI “Minimum Standards for Public Pools” may be obtained from NSPI, 0000 Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx 00000; the National Electric Code is available from the National Fire Protection Association, 0 Xxxxxxxxxxxx Xxxx, XXX 0000, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxxxx 00000-0000; and local health codes are available from the county environmental health department. The Company may bring the Customer’s pool into compliance with minimum standards in the following areas (at the Customer's request):  Tile depth markings at water line and safety warnings on pool deckSafety equipment: ring buoy(s), shepherd’s hook(s), first aid kit, safety rope, rescue tube, cervical collar, spine board  GFI circuit breakers for underwater pool lights  VGB drain and suction inlet compliance Payment for work and equipment to bring Customer’s pool within minimum standards on the above items shall be the responsibility of the Customer, payable to the Company. Company shall have the right to cancel this Agreement if Customer elects not to have pool brought up to minimum standards as defined above.

MINIMUM SAFETY STANDARDSThe Secretary shall prescribe minimum safety standards for the transportation of carbon dioxide by pipeline in a gaseous state.

Tile depth marking at water line and on pool deck. 3. Safety equipment: ring buoy(s), rescue tube(s), shepherd hook(s), first aid kit, safety rope with buoys. 4. GFI circuit breakers for underwater pool lights. Payment for work and equipment to bring Customer’s pool within minimum standards on the above items shall be the responsibility of the Customer. In accordance with section (22)PAYMENTS.

  • Safety Standards Performance of the Contract for all commodities or contractual services must comply with requirements of the Occupational Safety and Health Act and other applicable State of Florida and federal requirements.

  • CONTRACT WORK HOURS AND SAFETY STANDARDS As per the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act (40 U.S.C. 3701-3708), where applicable, all Customer Purchase Orders in excess of ,000 that involve the employment of mechanics or laborers must include a provision for compliance with 40 U.S.C. 3702 and 3704, as supplemented by Department of Labor regulations (29 CFR Part 5). Under 40 U.S.C. 3702 of the Act, each contractor must be required to compute the wages of every mechanic and laborer on the basis of a standard work week of 40 hours. Work in excess of the standard work week is permissible provided that the worker is compensated at a rate of not less than one and a half times the basic rate of pay for all hours worked in excess of 40 hours in the work week. The requirements of 40 U.S.C. 3704 are applicable to construction work and provide that no laborer or mechanic must be required to work in surroundings or under working conditions which are unsanitary, hazardous or dangerous. These requirements do not apply to the purchases of supplies or materials or articles ordinarily available on the open market, or contracts for transportation or transmission of intelligence.

  • Quality Standards Each Party agrees that the nature and quality of its products and services supplied in connection with the other Party's Marks will conform to quality standards set by the other Party. Each Party agrees to supply the other Party, upon request, with a reasonable number of samples of any Materials publicly disseminated by such Party which utilize the other Party's Marks. Each Party will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and customs and obtain any required government approvals pertaining to use of the other Party's marks.

  • Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act The following clauses apply to any Federal-aid construction contract in an amount in excess of $100,000 and subject to the overtime provisions of the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act. These clauses shall be inserted in addition to the clauses required by 29 CFR 5.5(a) or 29 CFR 4.6. As used in this paragraph, the terms laborers and mechanics include watchmen and guards.

  • Minimum Standards 12.1.1 All types of network equipment placed in AT&T-13STATE network equipment areas of Eligible Structures by AT&T-13STATE or Collocator must meet AT&T-13STATE minimum safety standards. The minimum safety standards are as follows: (1) Collocator’s equipment must meet Telcordia Level 1 safety requirements as set forth in Technical Publication 76200, Network Equipment Building Systems (NEBS); or, (2) Collocator must demonstrate that its equipment has a history of safe operation defined by installation in an ILEC (including AT&T-13STATE) prior to January 1, 1998 with no known history of safety problems. The Collocator will be expected to conform to the same accepted procedures and standards utilized by including AT&T-13STATE and its contractors when engineering and installing equipment.

  • Contractor Standards Contractor shall comply with Contractor Standards provisions codified in the SDMC. Contractor understands and agrees that violation of Contractor Standards may be considered a material breach of the Contract and may result in Contract termination, debarment, and other sanctions.

  • Service Level Standards In addition to all other requirements in this Agreement, and in accordance with the Best Claims Practices & Estimating Guidelines, Vendor shall use reasonable and good faith efforts to meet the Service Level Standards set forth below.

  • OMB Standards Unless specified otherwise within this agreement, the Subrecipient shall procure all materials, property, or services in accordance with the requirements of 24 CFR 84.40−48.

  • Applicable Standards The requirements and guidelines of NERC, the Applicable Regional Entity, and the Control Area in which the Customer Facility is electrically located; the PJM Manuals; and Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards.

  • Standards Compliance Registry Operator shall comply with relevant existing RFCs and those published in the future by the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF), including all successor standards, modifications or additions thereto relating to the DNS and name server operations including without limitation RFCs 1034, 1035, 1123, 1982, 2181, 2182, 2671, 3226, 3596, 3597, 4343, and 5966. DNS labels may only include hyphens in the third and fourth position if they represent valid IDNs (as specified above) in their ASCII encoding (e.g., “xn--ndk061n”).
