Common use of Minimum service condition Clause in Contracts

Minimum service condition. An Employee must be credited with at least:  (1) Hours of Service during the Plan Year.  (i) Hours of Service are determined using actual Hours of Service.  (ii) Hours of Service are determined using the following Equivalency Method (as defined under Section 2.03(a)(5) of the Plan):  (A) Monthly  (B) Weekly  (C) Daily  (D) Semi-monthly

(ii) Hours of Service are determined using the following Equivalency Method (as defined under Section 2.03(a)(5) of the PlanAA §4- 3):   (A) Monthly   (B) Weekly   (C) Daily   (D) Semi-monthlymonthly  (2) (not more than 182) consecutive days of employment with the Employer during the Plan Year.
