SERVICE WITH PREDECESSOR EMPLOYER. If the Employer is maintaining the Plan of a Predecessor Employer, service with such Predecessor Employer is automatically counted for eligibility, vesting and for purposes of applying any allocation conditions under AA §6-7 and AA §6B-7. In addition, this AA §4-5 may be used to identify any Predecessor Employers for whom service will be counted for purposes of determining eligibility, vesting and allocation conditions under this Plan. If this AA §4-5 is not completed, no service with a Predecessor Employer will be counted.
SERVICE WITH PREDECESSOR EMPLOYER. If the Plan is the plan of a predecessor employer, an Employee’s Eligibility and Vesting Service shall include years of service with such predecessor employer. In any case in which the Plan is not the plan maintained by a predecessor employer, service for any employer as specifically described in Section 1.17 of the Adoption Agreement shall be treated as Eligibility and Vesting Service as indicated in Subsection 1.17(a) of the Adoption Agreement.
SERVICE WITH PREDECESSOR EMPLOYER. (If Vesting or Eligibility requirements will apply to Matching Contributions as described in Section N of this Agreement and/or Non- Matching Contributions as described in Section Q of this Agreement, check and complete box 1 OR box 2 OR box 3.) All periods of employment with a predecessor employer or employers shall be included in calculating an Employee's service to the extent required by Code section 414(a) if the Employer or an Affiliate maintains a plan of such predecessor employer. However, if the Employer or an Affiliate does not maintain a plan of such predecessor employer, periods of employment with such predecessor employer shall be included in calculating an Employee's service
SERVICE WITH PREDECESSOR EMPLOYER. If so designated in the Adoption Agreement, a Participant's Years of Service shall include years of service (determined in a manner consistent with (a) above) with any predecessor employer of the Employer; provided, however, that if the Employer is maintaining the Plan as the plan of a predecessor employer, an Employee's Years of Service shall automatically include years of service with such predecessor employer without regard to any designation in the Adoption Agreement.
