Minimum Standards and Rules and Regulations. The City has adopted and will enforce Minimum Standards and reasonable rules and regulations to be uniformly applied to similar uses and users of similar space, which Lessee agrees to observe and obey with respect to the use of the Premises and the, and the health, safety and welfare of those using the Premises and the health, safety, and welfare of those using the Premises. The Minimum Standards and rules and regulations may be amended from time to time following notice to Lessee.
Minimum Standards and Rules and Regulations. (a) The Lessee agrees to abide by, and be subject to all applicable terms of the Minimum Standards and Rules and Regulations of the Winchester Regional Airport, as adopted by Lessor and as amended from time to time (collectively, the “Minimum Standards”). Lessor has provided Lessee with a copy of said Minimum Standards.
