In order to establish and sustain a school culture conducive to continuous improvement and to ensure school safety, the District, in addition to school size and population, will take into account each school’s unique needs and demographics when allocating support personnel. The District will continue to explore mental health counseling support for students in addition to the traditional District counseling staff.
