Common use of Minimum Usage Clause in Contracts

Minimum Usage. There is a minimum usage of Earned Time days required each year. See schedule below: Years of Service Minimum Usage per Year* 0 thru 5 13 days 6thru 10 15 days After 10 18 days *Computation of minimum usage will occur as of December 31st of each year. Employees with less than six months of service are exempt from minimum usage requirements. Employees hired before July 1, 2016, in any event, may not accumulate more than ninety (90) days of Earned Time, and employees hired on or after July 1, 2016 may not accumulate more than sixty (60) days of Earned Time.
