MINIMUM WAGE GAP. The parties agree that should the minimum wage in the Province of Manitoba increase during the term of this agreement, the rates contained in Appendix B-1 will be adjusted so as to ensure that there is a minimum twenty-five (25¢) cent differential between any increment and the minimum wage.

MINIMUM WAGE GAP. The wage scales above the affected start rate will also be increased so as to create a ten (10¢) cent spread with the rate immediately below that rate. These adjustments will continue up the scale until such time as the Collective Agreement scale is higher than the adjusted scale.
