Minimum Wage; Living Wage. Except for those employees whose minimum wage is required to be fixed in accordance with N.Y. Labor Law §§ 220 or 230 or by Admin. Code § 6-109, all persons employed by the Contractor in the performance of this Agreement shall be paid, without subsequent deduction or rebate, unless expressly authorized by Law, not less than the minimum wage as prescribed by Law. Any breach of this Section 39.4 shall be deemed a material breach of this Agreement.
