Mining History at the Site a. Uranium was first reported in the Cameron area in 1950, and mining ceased by 1963. Mining occurred on Section 9 from 1957 to 1962. In 1957, Arrowhead Uranium, a subsidiary of Rare Metals Corporation of America (“Rare Metals”), leased the rights to Section 9 from CO Bar Livestock Company, and began an open pit mining operation. In the first year, Rare Metals shipped 17.95 tons of low grade ore from the Site to the Rare Metals Mill in Tuba City and paid royalties to CO Bar Livestock Company. By 1958 Rare Metals ceased mining operations at the Site, and X.X. Xxxxxx acquired the lease from CO Bar Livestock Company.

  • DOCUMENTS AT THE SITE (a) Project Co shall keep one copy of the current digital files of the Contract Documents, Construction Schedule, submittals, reports, Supplementary Instructions, Change Orders, Contemplated Change Notices, Change Directives, Design Issue resolution documents, partnering documents, records of meetings and all other documents necessary for the administration of the Project at the Site, all in good order and available to Owner, Xxxxxx’s Consultant and the Consultant. Project Co shall keep a daily log available to Owner, Xxxxxx’s Consultant and the Consultant at all times.

  • DOCUMENTS AND SAMPLES AT THE SITE 4.11.1 The Contractor shall maintain at the site for the State one record copy of all Drawings, Specifications, Addenda, Change Orders and other modifications, in good order and marked currently to record all changes made during construction, and approved Shop Drawings, Product Data and Samples. These shall be available to the Architect and the State for monthly review prior to approval of Contractor’s monthly application for payment. Prior to substantial completion of the Work, the Contractor shall ensure that one record copy of all Drawings, Specifications, Addenda, Change Orders and other Modifications, in good order and marked currently to record all changes made during construction, and approved Shop Drawings, Product Data and Samples are delivered to the Architect for the State and a duplicate copy shall be delivered to the State for the State’s use.

  • DEVELOPMENT CHARGES The Owner agrees to pay development charges with respect to the development in accordance with the Municipality's Development Charges By-Law.

  • Surveys Each Borrower shall submit the Ship owned by it regularly to all periodical or other surveys which may be required for classification purposes and, if so required by the Security Trustee provide the Security Trustee, with copies of all survey reports.

  • Drawings and Specifications at the Project Site The Contractor shall keep at the Site at least one copy of the Contract Documents and Change Orders, all in good order and available to the Design Professional and to his representatives.

  • Survey Buyer may obtain a survey of the Property before the Closing to assure that there are no defects, encroachments, overlaps, boundary line or acreage disputes, or other such matters, that would be disclosed by a survey ("Survey Problems"). The cost of the survey shall be paid by the Buyer. Not later than business days prior to the Closing, Buyer shall notify Seller of any Survey Problems which shall be deemed to be a defect in the title to the Property. Seller shall be required to remedy such defects within business days and prior to the Closing. If Seller does not or cannot remedy any such defect(s), Buyer shall have the option of canceling this Agreement, in which case the Xxxxxxx Money shall be returned to Buyer.

  • Surveying Survey services including surveys indicating topography, cross sections, spot elevations, aerials, research of legal descriptions, easements and other right of way documents.

  • TRAVELLING ZONE EXPENSES 1.01 Work performed outside the city limits shall be termed Out-of-Town Work.

  • Processing Costs In addition to the Purchase Price, Buyer shall pay Processing Costs in the amount of $900.00, to be paid to Seller in cash or other readily available funds at closing.   • Architect/Engineer (A/E) means a person registered as an architect pursuant to Tex. Occ. Code Xxx., Chapter 1051, as a landscape architect pursuant to Tex. Occ. Code Xxx., Chapter 1052, a person licensed as a professional engineer pursuant to Tex. Occ. Code Xxx., Chapter 1001 and/or a firm employed by Owner or a design-build contractor to provide professional architectural or engineering services and to exercise overall responsibility for the design of a Project or a significant portion thereof, and to perform the contract administration responsibilities set forth in the Contract.
