Minutes and Records. (a) The OwnersCommittee shall cause to be kept records and minutes of:- (i) the appointment and election and vacation of appointments of all its members, chairman and secretary and all changes therein; (ii) all resolutions and notes of proceedings of the Owners’ Committee; (iii) the members present at all meetings. (b) Such records and minutes shall be kept in such place as the Owners’ Committee may from time to time determine and shall be open to inspection by any Owner on reasonable notice being given and such Owner shall also be entitled to extracts thereof on paying the reasonable copying charges therefor.

Minutes and Records. The corporate records and minute books of the Company and the Lender contain complete and accurate minutes of all meetings and resolutions of the directors (and any committees thereof) and shareholders of the Company and the Lender, as applicable, and the share certificate books, register of shareholders, register of transfers and register of directors of the Company and the Lender are complete and accurate in all material respects.
