Miscellaneous Members Clause Samples

The "Miscellaneous Members" clause serves to address various additional provisions or parties that do not fit neatly into other sections of an agreement. This clause may specify the roles, rights, or responsibilities of individuals or entities involved in the contract who are not primary signatories, such as advisors, observers, or affiliates.
