Miscellaneous Provisions Section 7. 1 – Further Assurances Each Party will cooperate and perform such acts and things reasonably necessary in connection with the performance of its obligations hereunder, in good faith to carry out the intent of the Parties hereto. Xxxxxxxxx understands and agrees that no occupancy permit will be granted for the Proposed Development until the Developer Improvements have been completed and approved by the City as meeting the requirements set forth herein.
