Miscellaneous Reports. Upon the foreclosure sale of any Mortgaged Property or the acquisition thereof by the Purchaser pursuant to a deed-in-lieu of foreclosure, Countrywide shall submit to the Purchaser a liquidation report with respect to such Mortgaged Property, which report may be included with any other reports prepared by Countrywide and delivered to the Purchaser pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. With respect to any REO Property, and upon the request of the Purchaser, Countrywide shall furnish to the Purchaser a statement describing Countrywide's efforts during the previous month in connection with the sale of such REO Property, including any rental of such REO Property incidental to the sale thereof and an operating statement. Countrywide shall also provide the Purchaser with such information concerning the Mortgage Loans as is necessary for the Purchaser to prepare its federal income tax return and as the Purchaser may reasonably request from time to time. The Purchaser agrees to pay for all reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred by Countrywide in connection with complying with any request made by the Purchaser hereunder if such information is not customarily provided by Countrywide in the ordinary course of servicing mortgage loans similar to the Mortgage Loans.

Miscellaneous Reports. The Union shall receive copies of all audit reports, budget reports and classification reports, which are submitted to the Board of Education or the Personnel Commission. In addition, the District recognizes the Union's statutory right to any material related to representation and bargaining issues and agrees to provide such material within a reasonable period of time upon request by the Union.
Miscellaneous Reports. In addition to the monthly and annual reporting, 20 CONTRACTOR shall supply any and all reports necessary to comply with requirements 21 of ICTC and other local, State or Federal authorities. These reports shall include but not 22 be limited to all required California Air Resource Board Urban or Medium Bus Operators 23 Emission Requirements, California Transportation Development Act and FTA and 24 National Transit Database reporting requirements.

The General Partners shall cause to be prepared and timely filed, with appropriate federal and state regulatory and administrative bodies, all reports required to be filed with such entities under then current applicable laws, rules, and regulations; provided, however, that the General Partners shall only be required to use their best efforts to file reports with local authorities on a timely basis. Such reports shall be prepared on the accounting or reporting basis required by such regulatory bodies. Any Limited Partner or Unitholder shall be provided with a copy of any such report, upon request in writing, without expense to him.
