Miscellaneous Reports. The Union shall receive copies of all audit reports, budget reports and classification reports, which are submitted to the Board of Education or the Personnel Commission. In addition, the District recognizes the Union's statutory right to any material related to representation and bargaining issues and agrees to provide such material within a reasonable period of time upon request by the Union.
