Common use of MISCELLANEOUS SERVICES AND FUNCTIONS Clause in Contracts

MISCELLANEOUS SERVICES AND FUNCTIONS. 75.1. The services described in Section 74 shall only be available to the CLEC under this Agreement (i) when CenturyLink is providing the service to itself, (ii) in areas where CenturyLink is providing such service to CenturyLink’s end user subscribers, and (iii) subject to the limitations specified herein. To the extent that CenturyLink does not provide the services described in this Section 74 to itself, or the requested service is not available to CenturyLink’s end user subscribers in such areas, CLEC must secure any desired services under a separate commercial agreement with CenturyLink or another provider.
