DIRECTORY LISTINGS SERVICE. 73.1 These requirements pertain to CenturyLink’s Listings Service Request process that enables CLEC to (i) submit CLEC End User information for inclusion in Directory Listings databases; and (ii) submit CLEC End User information for inclusion in published directories.
DIRECTORY LISTINGS SERVICE. 75.3.1. These requirements pertain to Embarq’s Listings Service Request process that enables CLEC to (i) submit CLEC subscriber information for inclusion in Directory Listings databases; (ii) submit CLEC subscriber information for inclusion in published directories; and (iii) provide CLEC subscriber delivery address information to enable Embarq to fulfill directory distribution obligations.
DIRECTORY LISTINGS SERVICE. 75.3.1. These requirements pertain to CenturyLink‟s Listings Service Request process that enables CLEC to (i) submit CLEC subscriber information for inclusion in Directory Listings databases; and (ii) submit CLEC subscriber information for inclusion in published directories;
DIRECTORY LISTINGS SERVICE. The Parties acknowledge and agree that, as of the Effective Date, CLEC has entered into a separate agreement with CenturyLink’s directory publisher that addresses the directory listing services described in Sections 75.3.1 through 75.3.10. Accordingly, notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement to the contrary, the Parties agree that, except for Sections 75.3.2, 75.3.3(c) (including the introductory clause set forth at Section 75.3.3), 75.3.3(d) and 75.3.10(d), Sections 75.3.1 through 75.3.10 (including all subparts) shall terminate in their entirety and shall be of no further force or effect on and after February 1, 2010 (the “Directory Service Termination Date”); provided, however, that such termination shall not affect any other provision of this Agreement. Prior to the Directory Service Termination Date, the Parties shall cooperate in good faith to establish a reasonable process to delete CLEC’s subscriber information from CenturyLink’s Directory Listing database, at no charge to either Party. CLEC acknowledges that, after the Directory Service Termination Date, this Agreement does not provide any provisions for CLEC to order CenturyLink’s directory listing services and CLEC will not order any such directory listing services unless and until the Parties have executed a written amendment to this Agreement setting forth terms and conditions governing such services.
DIRECTORY LISTINGS SERVICE. 3.1 This Section will not be applicable if TRI-COUNTY no longer provides a directory listing service to its End Users.

DIRECTORY LISTINGS SERVICE. 87.1 These requirements pertain to Brightspeed's Listings Service Request process that enables CLEC to (a) submit CLEC End User information for inclusion in Directory Listings databases; and (b) submit CLEC End User information for inclusion in published directories.
DIRECTORY LISTINGS SERVICE. A. Level 3 currently works directly with a third-party publisher in order to make its directory listings available to any and all publishers.
DIRECTORY LISTINGS SERVICE. Level 3 will work directly with a third-party vendor in order to make its Directory Listing available to any and all publishers. To the extent a Directory publisher assesses a charge for the inclusion of Level 3’s Directory listings or for the delivery of the Directory to Level 3’s End Users, Level 3 will be responsible for all such charges. Company will not impede Level 3 in the listing of Level 3’s End Users for inclusion in Company’s directory.
