MISREPRESENTATION – SHORT TERM DISABILITY. The Company, having just cause to believe an employee misrepresents him/herself as having a bona fide non-industrial illness/injury and/or falsifies a related Company document, may discharge said employee and all Short Term Disability (STD) paid shall be reimbursed to the Company.
