Missed Event. Should any of the Milestone Events (A) to (E) occur at a time where a prior Milestone Event has not yet occurred all prior Milestone Events will be deemed to have occurred and the related Milestone Payments will become payable. By way of example, should the Milestone Event (B) (Declaration of the recommended Phase II Trial or Phase Ib Trial expansion cohort dose) occur prior to Milestone Event (A) (Dosing of the third patient in the first Phase I Trial for a Licensed Product) the Milestone Payment due upon occurrence of Milestone Event (A) of $[***] shall be due in addition to the Milestone Payment due upon occurrence of Milestone Event (B) of $[***].
Missed Event. We will pay irrecoverable costs of the Insured Person’s Event tickets paid in advance or a fixed amount, as specified in the Policy Schedule / Certificate of Insurance, in case of the Insured Person’s failure to reach the Event during the Travel Period, due to any unavoidable reasons beyond the control of the Insured Person. This Benefit will be payable provided that:
a. The Insured Person provides Us with a written proof of the missed Event unless this proof is available to Us directly from a reliable source in the public domain;
b. We will pay only those expenses that are in excess of the Deductible. We shall not be liable to pay any expenses for:
a. Cancellation of the Event by the organiser or any related party of the organiser.
b. Any conditions as specified in Policy Schedule / Certificate of Insurance.
Missed Event. We will reimburse irrecoverable costs of the Insured Person’s Event tickets paid in advance in case of the Insured Person’s failure to reach the Event during the Travel Period, due to any unavoidable reasons beyond the control of the Insured Person upto the limit specified in the Certificate of Insurance. This In-built Benefit will be payable provided that:
a. The Insured Person provides Us with a written proof of the missed Event unless this proof is available to Us directly from a reliable source in the public domain;
b. We will reimburse only those expenses that are in excess of the Deductible;
c. We shall not accept more than one claim under this In-built Benefit during the Coverage Period. We shall not be liable to reimburse any expenses for:
a. Cancellation of the Event by the organiser or any related party of the organiser.
b. Conditions as specified in Certificate of Insurance.
Missed Event. If the Insured Person is travelling with a Common Carrier to attend an Event and the Insured Person fails to reach the Event whilst on Trip during the Policy Period due to any of the below reasons which are beyond the control of the Insured Person, then We shall reimburse the expenses incurred by the Insured Person towards the Event Ticket purchased before the inception of the Trip up to the limits as specified in the Policy Schedule / Certificate of Insurance
i. Serious sickness/ Injury leading to Hospitalization or Death of Insured Person or his immediate Family member(s).
ii. The Public Transport or Common Carrier that Insured Person was travelling to reach the Event venue does not run according to its timetable; or
iii. The Public Transport or Common Carrier Insured Person was travelling in meets with an Accident or breaks down and there is no alternative transportation available.
iv. Major Travel Event
v. We shall not pay, if Cancellation of the Event by the organizer or any related party of the organizer.
