Missing Persons. If any payment directed to be made by the Trustee from the Trust Fund is not claimed by the person entitled thereto, the Trustee shall notify the Committee of that fact. Neither the Company, the Committee nor the Trustee shall have any obligation to search for or ascertain the whereabouts of any payee under this Trust.
