Common use of MISSION SUPPORT SERVICES Clause in Contracts

MISSION SUPPORT SERVICES. Beginning with Handover of the last XM spacecraft and continuing for a period of at least 15 years, the Contractor shall provide on-call support to answer questions from XM's satellite operator, Telesat Canada, regarding the performance of any of the XM spacecraft, providing that these questions do not require extensive analysis. The Customer through its satellite operator, Telesat shall provide [***] for the Contractor to respond to these questions. If XM PROPRIETARY EXHIBIT B REV B 19 0F 88 responding to the Customer's or Telesat's questions would require extensive analysis, the Contractor shall provide an estimate of the extent of effort required, and the Customer shall either agree to pay for this additional analysis or shall withdraw the question.
