PROGRAM CONTROL. The Contractor shall establish and apply a program control system that provides for monitoring of all program activities and clearly identifies all milestones, completion and delivery dates, design reviews, and critical paths. This system shall cover the total period from the Effective Date of Contract (EDC) to the completion of the PFM/FM2 in orbit test activities.

PROGRAM CONTROL. The Contractor must assign a Program Executive, subject to FAA approval, to organize, plan, schedule, implement, control, analyze, and report on all aspects of the contract. The Program Executive must have the resources and authority to ensure efficient and timely program/project execution and must be the Contractor’s focal point for all required tasks. The Contractor’s program Executive must be prepared to present and discuss the status of contract activities at any time. The Contractor must produce and deliver a Monthly Performance Report to apprise the FAA of its organization’s assessment of contractual efforts, as of the date of its report. The Monthly Status Report must contain, at a minimum: a. Start dates, significant milestones, and estimated and actual completion dates for each Task Order in process b. Identify areas of difficulty and the proposed approach for correcting the problem and maintaining performance schedules for each Task Order in process c. Include a narrative which explains any missed schedule milestones, deliverables, and/or projected impacts to final deliverables for each Task Order in process d. Include a 60-day projection on project technical accomplishment for each Task Order in process. This “look-ahead” schedule must identify milestones and dates planned, projected for two months subsequent to the period being reported e. Closed Activities for each Task Order in process f. Status of all Action Items for each Task Order in process g. Risk Management h. Completed Task Orders (Identify costs incurred, fee/profit, Negotiated Price and schedule for each deliverable) The Contractor must produce and deliver a Biweekly Task Order Progress/Status Report to apprise the FAA of individual Task Order progress, issues and/or concerns, as of the date of the report.

In the event field crew personnel must divert traffic or close traveled lanes, a Traffic Control Plan based upon principles outlined in the latest edition of the Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices – Part VI shall be prepared by the Surveyor and approved by the State prior to commencement of field work. A copy of the approved plan shall be in the possession of field crew personnel on the job site at all times and shall be made available to the State’s personnel for inspection upon request.

  • Program Development NWESD agrees that priority in the development of new applications services by XXXXX shall be in accordance with the expressed direction of the XXXXX Board of Directors operating under their bylaws.

  • Program Services a) Personalized Care Practice agrees to provide to Program Member certain enhancements and amenities to professional medical services to be rendered by Personalized Care Practice to Program Member, as further described in Schedule 1 to these Terms. Upon prior written notice to Program Member, Personalized Care Practice may add or modify the Program Services set forth in Schedule 1, as reasonably necessary, and subject to such additional fees and/or terms and conditions as may be reasonably necessary. b) Program Member acknowledges that the Program Services are services that are not covered services under any insurance contract to which Program Member may be a party, including, without limitation, Medicare, and are not reimbursable by Program Member’s insurer, health plan or any governmental entity, including Medicare. Program Member agrees to bear sole financial responsibility for the Member Amenities Fee and agrees not to submit to Program Member’s insurer, health plan or governmental entity any xxxx, invoice or claim for payment or reimbursement of such Member Amenities Fee. c) Personalized Care Practice or its designated affiliate will separately charge Program Member or Program Member’s insurer, health plan or governmental entity for medical, clinical, diagnostic or therapeutic services rendered by Personalized Care Practice or its designated affiliate to Program Member, and Program Member may seek payment or reimbursement from Program Member’s insurer or health plan for any such service to the extent covered by Program Member’s insurer, health plan or governmental entity. d) Program Member understands, agrees and covenants that this Agreement is a service contract, and not a contract for insurance.

  • Professional Development Program (a) The parties agree to continue a Professional Development Program for the maintenance and development of the faculty members' professional competence and effectiveness. It is agreed that maintenance of currency of subject knowledge, the improvement of performance of faculty duties, and the maintenance and improvement of professional competence, including instructional skills, are the primary professional development activities of faculty members. (b) Information collected as part of this program shall be the sole property of the faculty member. This information or any judgments arising from this program shall not be used to determine non-renewal or termination of a faculty member's contract, suspension or dismissal of a faculty member, denial of advancement on the salary scale, nor affect any other administrative decisions pertaining to the promotion or employment status of the faculty member. (c) A joint advisory committee consisting of three regular faculty members who shall be elected by and are P.D. Committee Chairpersons and three administrators shall make recommendations for the operation, financing and management of the Professional Development Program.

  • Project Management Plan 3.2.1 Developer is responsible for all quality assurance and quality control activities necessary to manage the Work, including the Utility Adjustment Work. Developer shall undertake all aspects of quality assurance and quality control for the Project and Work in accordance with the approved Project Management Plan, Good Industry Practice and applicable Law. 3.2.2 Developer shall develop the Project Management Plan and its component parts, plans and other documentation in accordance with the requirements set forth in Section 1.5.2.5

  • Program Inception Duration This program began on March 1, 2010 and will continue until all funds are committed or December 31, 2020, whichever occurs first.

  • Quality Control Program Engineer shall have a quality control program in place that ensures that all deliverable work is of high quality. Engineer shall submit a plan detailing its program to the Inspection Branch of the TxDOT Bridge Division for review and approval prior to beginning work. State may review or audit the programs.
